Get To Know Me ~
My Journey
At the tender age of 6, with a spirit of curiosity and wonder, my fascination with the human body was sparked. I saw the book "A Child is Born" while shopping with my mother in Price Club (Costco) and was awestruck. Begging her to buy me the book, she suggested asking Santa Claus for it, and so I did...
To my delight, I was gifted the book, beginning my journey towards Massage Therapy.

Raised in multcultural Los Angeles, I played organized sports and continued collegiate play in the Bay Area. Earning a BS from the University of San Francisco in Comparative Religions & Education.
Fascinated by the inner workings of culture, myth and dogma by which it transcends through ritual, food, society, art, healing, body expression and way of life inspired my world travels.
Throughout my extensive travels, I experienced many different modalities of massage, movement and body based healing.
This was an integral part of my journey towards Massage Therapy.
I received Massage Certification and gravitated toward a clinical yet holistic approach to Massage Therapy- helping people find freedom in their bodies while reducing pain.
I've dedicated myself to the inquiry of the human body, helping people resolve discomfort, and restore their natural & unique body rhythm.
As maturity inspires change ~ my movement practices look and feel a lot different than earlier years. I engage bodily awareness through UNorganized sports; rolling around on the floor, discovering and moving in ways that feel interesting.
Putting on music and dancing has a magical way of restoring my essence, and flow.
I find relief and enhancements from self care practices such as authentic movement, active mobility/coordination training, walking in nature, self massage, magnesium baths, journaling, fueling my body with optimal nutrition, and actively maintaining a reciprocial relationship with sleep, recovery, and rest.
Impassioned by food, cooking, local farmers markets, specialized grocers, and thrifting.
I’m a Libra, look to humor and wit for balance, love to learn and consistently amidst reading
5 to 7 books at a time, perpetually researching, notating the margins, and hi-lighting.
Reserving space in my calendar for retreat allows me the time to study, think and question.
It helps me maintain my bearings and advance my massage practice, as my practice is a continual reflection of all that I have learned and evolved to understand.

I live a colorful life. I am grateful to walk this path.

This is how I came to find the practice of Massage Therapy.
