Beginning by understanding your needs, goals and unique health history.

Observing how your body likes to move, accessing range of movement, surveying for potential joint restrictions, entrapped nerves, patterns of discomfort, fascial

(soft tissue) restriction.

Based on our findings, we formulate a cohesive treatment plan and begin - gently & rhythmically opening up the body, unwinding and bringing your awareness in unison with the bodywork. 

Post massage, illuminating and recognizing the places now moving in ease.

From here we can determine the cadence of scheduling bodywork sessions.

Picking up where we left off, we check in to see how the previous session settled in your body. By identifying and correcting specific tensions in your body, you will have insights to share as we move in the direction of helping you achieve reduced pain, and embodiment. Progression allows your whole body to integrate, and the condition improves because you are experiencing ease in your movement patterns. 

For best results, 3 to 5 sessions booked every 2 weeks in the PROGRESS Phase.

During the Maintenance phase, pain has subsided, and the cumulative effects of optimal health are being recognized, felt and understood by your body.

You are able to move in ease, with a feeling of bodily connection and integration.

You have made progress!

Coach yourself gently to keep up with your movement, mobility and self care practices.  To create the most positive environment for lasting change, it is best to stay hydrated, replenish yourself with optimal nutrition and receive regular maintenance sessions.
