Therapeutic & nurturing  touch that restores ease in your growing body.

Relief From:

  • Low Back, Hip Pain

  • Edema (Swelling)

  • Nerve Pain

  • Constipation

It brings me deep joy to work inclusively with pregnant and postpartum women, mothers, people, as well as their families/support system and infants. I’m honored to be with you in this journey.

*I recognize that not all pregnant people identify as women. I see you, I respect you, I am an ally. Every Birthing Story is unique*

Pregnancy can be an exciting time, and also filled with many changes as you and baby grow and develop.

I provide a safe space for you to receive therapeutic work with a nurturing touch~ addressing bodily changes such as edema, nerve pain, cramps, trouble sleeping, constipation, discomfort in the low back, hips, ribs, pelvis and neck. Sometimes previous injuries have a way of coming to the surface during pregnancy, and those lingering aches are addressed. Receiving Massage and Bodywork as a regular part of your prenatal health care plan provides emotional comfort, physical relief and promotes a healthy, more enjoyable pregnancy and preparation for delivery.

Before each session we will check in with each other, so I can understand your

-Discomforts, concerns and symptoms

-Potential health risks you may be enduring

- Current trimester OR week in pregnancy

During your prenatal sessions you will be in a comfortable side lying position. I use a support system of bolsters that are specifically designed for pregnancy massage, helping to support your pelvis/low back, safely supported in utero with proper positioning.
